Vibe Community Connections – Sarnia, Ontario
Vibe Community Connections is a social recreation program in Sarnia, Ontario for teens and adults with developmental disabilities and autism. Our structured afternoon programs focus on building social connection, creativity, and community in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Participants can access services using the Ontario Passport Program, and we offer flexible supports including small group programming and optional one-to-one support when needed. Vibe is known locally for supporting individuals with higher support needs and creating a space where everyone can participate in meaningful social experiences.
Structured Recreational Programming
The heart of our program is our structured social membership groups located in our 4000sq ft water front space. Since 2022 our groups have grown and evolved supporting new friendships, personal growth and novel experiences. We strive to create engaging programing in house as well as connecting with the community around us. During groups participants have opportunities make food, play games, music, and create works of art.
One to One Respite
Mornings, evenings and weekends you may access the community or use the Vibe space for your recreational respite needs with one of our experienced team members. At Vibe we have a full kitchen, accessible washrooms, art room, sensory room, Xbox, Wii, basketball, air hockey, and traditional games. We also provide individualized respite care in your home.
